One of the Eeveelution spirits residing within Anuhe's golden bracelets. A benevolent ghost. During her lifetime, the power of the bracelets propelled her into becoming the leader of a small territory. She was beloved by her subjects, though she did demand certain tribute in return.

Radriu is incredibly fast, even by the standards of other electric types. In addition to amplifying her power, the bracelets bestowed two unique abilities upon her: The ability to summon thunderstorms, and the ability to travel anywhere instantly - effectively teleportation - through the use of lightning strikes. These powers have some limitations, but Radriu had become famous among Pokémon, who believed she traveled with the storms, not realizing how literal it actually was.
