Tuffie is a clumsy, shy, wizard in training.

He is able to cast basic spells, though often struggles to focus properly when doing so. His staff of ballooning is incredibly powerful, able to inflate anything he targets with as much helium as he wants, up to the target's limit. However his lack of focus often causes things to go wrong, resulting in him inflating everyone around him, including himself!
