Paolo Confortola is a 26-year-old Valais blackneck goat that works as a cheese-maker from what is known to be like Switzerland. He currently lives at a farm near Grimeltz Village in Valais with his boyfriend, Dakota. His sexuality is bisexual, dating many lads and lasses before settling down. While away from his cheesemaking duties, he can be seen preoccupying himself with stone-skipping, baking and hiking. His large family (Mum, Dad and 5 Siblings) live back in Zermatt. His favourite wine is Merlot and his favourite sweet is Kägi fret. Paolo is a punctual lad, yet also often sharing a modest and quiet exterior, despite the one doing the most decision-making for his market stall. However, when he does break from his silence, sometimes he can come off as aloof, and especially extravagant at the farming market.
