Elsie finally got some art after over a decade of nothing. Thanks to Sjru here for making this wonderful reference.

Elsie is a Vulpix with three tails, though she used to have six. Nobody's quite sure why she lost three of them, but she gets along just fine now.
She's part of a Rescue Team that always seems to find some sort of trouble to sort out.
Elsie's known for carrying around a bag full of goodies such as berries to share with those she meets.
She always seems prepared, anyway.
