Taburyk O'bukan Akanoht, or just "Tabby" as he is known to his close friends, was originally only meant to be the sole heir to the throne of the Sehkt people. However, the circumstances surrounding his exact moment of birth proclaimed he was to become the High King of ALL Uragi, the duty of which he takes quite seriously.

He is a runt of his people, though this is due to a genetic anomaly at birth. His mother's illness when she was pregnant with him changed how he was to grow and age, and his birth killed her in the process. While most Uragi men can fly for some time, Taburyk's wings at the current moment cannot lift him, though he does flaunt his wings from time to time.

Unlike his tyrant of a father (Tanau'baryk), Taburyk seeks to create a sense of peace among the different races of Uragi, and undo the damage his family had done to his people for seven generations, including the unbanning of arcane usage and the undoing of execution of those born with two pupils.

He is benevolent as a ruler, and dedicated as a friend, seeking to know their universe and everything within to make sense of the things that are, things that will be, and things that were.

So far, he's doing well in that pursuit.

In the comics, it is clear that he is young, naïve, and has much to learn.
