Even though she essentially controls dreams, she herself suffers from intense nightmares and struggles with insomnia. This of course causes intense anxiety when she doesn't get enough sleep. History:
Born with her brother in the middle of the forest, the two hatchlings were essentially raised by an elderly dragon wandering around in the last few years of his life. When their adoptive father died, the two had learned enough to sustain themselves in the wilderness and helped keep each other safe as they grew and learned more about their abilities.
Once fully grown, the two expanded and started to explore on their own, slowly going their separate ways. The two visit each other often, but now Kat floats around lakes that have been hidden by forests. She loves the water and the solitude that the wilderness gives her.
She sleeps during the day, as she ironically suffers from nightmares. She stays up all night, guiding dreams of those who suffer in their sleep aswell.
