Miretti is a big UFO nerd and is most likely from an 80s sort of setting. He probably sits at an IBM machine posting to BBS forums a lot. He likes listening to italo disco and J-AOR, and collects a lot of ballpoint pens by accident.

Clothes can change, the prior look of a pink t-shirt with a UFO or alien emoji on the front is also acceptable. Sweater tied over the shoulders is nice, but not always necessary.
Earrings can be any color. If the ears are drawn realistically, the inner fur would be white and the flesh would be blue.
Teeth are in a sharp overbite.
Glasses are a must. The arms of the glasses should stay red.
Eyes beneath the glasses actually have purple irises.
All flesh parts are blue like the hair.
Fur is medium-length between the typical shorthair and longhair cats. Can be drawn somewhat longer, but not shorter.

Can also be drawn as a taur or a quadruped.
