The Table of Arceus' Judgement is an exploration team in Argent D’ Timore which was named after Arceus’ signature move, it is headed by Roy Knight. The creation of this exploration team was because after the Doom Slayer was entombed after the defeat of Davoth, Argent and Sentinel Pokemon wanted to carry his legacy in their worlds.

Arceus after taking an interest of the mighty Doomguy after the marine’s visit on Argent D’ Sodife and Timore, Arceus sent out his son, Mew to one of the world leaders of Argent D’ Timore to select Roy Knight as one of the commanders to dedicate on the legacy of the Doom Slayer and his teachings to Argent and Sentinel Pokemon, as well as destroying hell gates and stopping Hell invasions.

Glad you asked Roman, the FPS Guild though a few of them are not that violent such as Aurora Yearling, and the Tranquility of Dialga, but most of the FPS Guild are, their brutal assault tactics makes up their reputation as the most feared mercenary guild in the PMD Multiverse. But that doesn't mean that they are entirely bad guys all the time (besides Byron Hamont and Tiana Duncan who are fully evil.
