Despite being the younger of the two, and despite Pip's thirst for rationality, Bilo is much more often the more level-headed of the pair. (It probably contributes to why Pip likes him so much.) Bilo is very easygoing and, while he is quite a trusting soul, he's far from naïve. He's willing to give others a listening ear, but he's generally not one to be taken advantage of. He and Pip were recruiters for Wigglytuff's Guild before deciding to settle in with Team Infidarious.
