Caesar is a cute bean who takes part in various shenanigans. His main pastime is hanging upside-down and stealing cookies. He understands spoken language and can write phonetically.

The tail can shape-shift but it remains as delicate or durable as any body part (ex. it can look like a hammer, but it would be painful to use it like that).

My fluffy little annoyance has matured enough to warrant a ref-sheet for him. Who's a good shroom? You are! You are!
