This character is mine, but the pictures of them used for the thumbnail and the reference itself are drawn by my friend, Creamecream.

Nova is the child of the Blue Fairy, as well as Toothiana, the Tooth Fairy, and is the sibling of Creamecream's character, Andromeda. I haven't put a lot of thought into their personality yet, admittedly; I just realized that the Blue Fairy isn't mentioned to have a child in Descendants, but we know for a fact that Pinocchio is canon to the Descendants universe because he has a son named Pin.

So yeah, a fairy baby with a starry motif in reference to the Blue Fairy, as well as a small nod to Toothiana with the feather in their hair. I love them a lot!!
