Art on the ref is old but with the exception of one or two very minor details, is still accurate. But if you need a general idea for body structure you can look at Vex.

• Blood / insides are the same color as her eyes (hex #232887)
• Teeth / mouth ref: (here) + (this is the general structure of the mouth / jaw but note that this is a different character)
• For the sake of simplicity, if you'd like to draw her smiling or something where teeth would normally be visible, you can give her normal / cartoony teeth like this: (here)
• Pupils are slit; scleras / eye whites are black
• Can be covered in bruises, cuts, and faint blood stains
• Has schizophrenia
• This causes her to be incredibly paranoid and hostile, though more often the latter so please draw her as such
• Sometimes experiences visual hallucinations of random fruits so if you want to incorporate that somehow you’re absolutely welcome to
• Carries a butterfly knife

Accessories: (basic head / face ref)
• Right ear has four ear pieces, three odd little rings and a tag with purple markings on it; the left ear only has the three rings
• A tight collar with no visible buckle or release; slight bruising can be seen under it; has black shiny spikes protruding all around it

Personality:
Chaotic, hostile, always seems like she's on the verge of attacking, always depicted in some sort of violent or hostile way.
