Otto A Otter, a anti-hero of sorts. Originally created for the purpose of my TRU Roleplay that I have going on in my private server featuring many talented people's joining into the universe. Otto A Otter is self driven after a few attempts failing into creating the ultimate machine due to how unstable his universe is. His plans is to take over another Universe in order to seek a better tomorrow for his own world. Even at the cost of millions. His priorities are his machines and nothing more after losing a companion he held dearly,Though he labeled any friend of his as nothing more then "Test Subjects" as when he gets the chance he test many devices on people who gets his little paws on.

a mad scientist lost in the thoughts of his own creations. in his time he created Roku/Jori to be a hostile machine that causing destruction wherever it goes but Otto never planned on destroying said machine,letting it roam to cause havoc while he continues inventing more dangerous devices only the future awaits for this Otter!
