During Trinitys first trial period of creating Leeches- there were a few leeches that were born with catastrophic mutations. Primitivus was one of these leeches. Born into a Primeval state Primitivus was born completely blind (eyeless) would make horrendous wheezing and gasping noises when breathing. However despite all this she can talk and like normal but does suffer from Gravity Syndrome similar to Snowdrift, Primitivus is currently one of the one first borns still alive today and despite her ghastly appearance is highly respected due to her knowledge.
