Eldest son of a noble family of knights in a large kingdom. From a young age he was trained to be a loyal elite knight like his parents were. After years of training, he was put into service with 4 other elite knights that trained with him and were top of the class. However, now being close to the rulers of the country, the 5 knights saw the corruption they caused and the citizens that fought back against them. When the squad was ordered to quash a sector of civilian resistance Isaac tried to refuse but his parents reinforced to him that it was not his choice. As the squad descended upon the civilians, they realized that the happiness and need of the people outweighed the wants of the corrupted rulers. The 5 of them joined the rebellion and sparked a civil war. He fought against his parents which were captured during the war as there was mass casualties on both sides. Eventually the 5 knights and the civilians over threw the corrupt leaders and the massive country was divided up between the 5 knights to oversee reconstruction and to ensure the people's well being. Isaac claimed the northern most landmass and called his part of the country Norland where he exiled his family across the northern seas. One of his knight comrades founded the Contract Hunters, which headquartered in the central most country on the continent to ensure that corrupt individuals or groups would not be tolerated and so that skilled people could hunt them down without the need to overuse the army. All 5 knights became founding members and the other 4 took a division of the hunters back to their respective countries. Isaac then settled down and through is leadership, brought prosperity to Norland. He then met and married his wife and had 2 sons with Ivan being the oldest. He then trained Ivan to be a strong warrior and a leader to continue his vision for the country but Ivan seamed disinterested. Isaac became frustrated with Ivan for his lack of interest especially after what he sacrificed to achieve the prosperous kingdom. His wife then told him to let Ivan discover what he wanted to do on his own and that he would take up the mantle when the time was right in his own terms. So when Ivan wanted to study medicine, Isaac agreed to let him go but made him promise to return when he called on him to lead the country. Years after Ivan left to practice his medicine, Ivan's wife fell deathly ill and passed away. This distraught him and he felt that he could no longer oversee the prosperity of the country. He then summoned Ivan and decided now the time was right to hand over leadership of the country to him. Ivan who now has grown and had a partner to witch he cared for accepted his responsibility and agreed to take over. Isaac then spent the next year in transition of power between him and his son and was able to see the birth of his second grandchild Ion. Isaac then set out and settled down on his own deep in the northern forest, taking on contracts of his own to pass the time. Years went by until one day two fox boys wandered into his forest and were attacked by enemies. He watched the young boys dispatch them easily and then confronted them. He then saw that one of them was his grandson Ion, who wouldn't remember who he was and then he felt the need to help the boy hone their skills. Over the next few years he trained the boys weaponry and mystic skills until he saw they were ready to take on situations on their own. He recommended them for in-statement in the Contract Hunters which they were able to bypass the trials and Ion formed the Hunter group Fangenclaw. He then stepped out of their way as the boys took on smaller contracts to continue honing their skills. It wasn't until a few years latter when Ion and Zephyr returned to him, now with Ion having a mechanical arm, wanting to learn even higher level skills. Disappointed that they went above their skill level he agreed to teach them higher level skills so that they would be prepared for anything.
