Because I love both MLP and Fallout, and I am getting invested in Fallout Equestria years after it was made. Hearing the Wasteland Wailers and playing Ashes Town really helped me work on this character.

They're the sole survivor of Stable 11, a horrific stable located in the Ponave Wasteland within the unstable remains of Neighvada Territory, Equestria. They were wounded in a fight for their life to escape the Stable, scarring the left side of their face. Its typically covered by a bandage under their thick mane. They wandered the wasteland and passed out near the Old Mulemon Fort, and was taken in by the residents there. When Staurolite awoke they were greeted by unfamiliar faces hovering over them, and were shooed out by a young mare in a brown-maned ponytail that was a doctor. They learned they had wound up near New Pegasus (Formerly Las Pegasus before the Great War) and were under the care of the Followers of the Apocalypse,who had recently made efforts to settle in what other settlements were left after civilization had died and was forced to be rebuilt. After Fluttershy had founded the Followers, the group surprisingly gained a lot more traction than she initially thought and made plans to send the Followers to rebuild cities that needed help. One of the first places that was aided in relief was conveniently New Pegasus, which was caught in the midst of a dangerous power struggle. Touched by the struggles of the ponies here (they noticed most of the residents here were Pegasi exiled from Cloudsdale due to the awful military conditions there) and looking to find a good way to leave their mark on the land despite their past, Staurolite joined the Followers and began working with them.

Some small notes:

• They have a strangely alicorn-like stature and have small nubs on their back where wings might've grown, but like their face those nubs were scarred. Their coat helps in keeping the nubs hidden from others over the thick sweater they wear.
• Staurolite is gay.
• They went on an expedition to the Zion Canyon to search for Old World tech and came back saying they have a boyfriend and also kinda adopted about a hundred tribesponies.

yeah I kinda combined Actual Fallout bidja gam lore (specifically Fallout NV... its my favorite ok shut up) with FO:E lore. hope I didnt butcher that too much (I'm not even done reading FO:E or read any of the sidestories yet!)
