Story: Rouel was born in a moogle village. Her parents were very talented inventors like her, and they teached her everything about moogle machinery, as she made her first gadget when she was only 4 years old .

As she finally became a grown up woman, her parents wanted her to work with the Humes , but since she was a pacifist at heart and she despised the fact that humes used moogle technology mostly for war purposes, she sworn not to build anything that could harm people, and left her home village, starting a life of her own in a Hume city, opening a shop, on which she started to sell her inventions, most of them, many kind of clockwork gadgets for many uses, as well for toys for the children, but not common toys, since they had a mind of her own (although not very intelligent xD).

She had a harsh start, though, as initialy the sales were low and had to pass through economic hardship, but thanks to her persistence she made a place for herself at the city. Now, like Ranjo, dreams of seeing more of the world beyond the city and the village she was born.

Abilities: Despite not being much experienced in battle, Rouel is a very talented tinker, as she can build many kind of gadgets and clockwork creations, including small A.I robots with personality of their which will follow her orders (most of them have a cactile form as shown in the pic). She occasionally wears a pair of gauntlets although she's very clumsy using them.

Personality: She has a huge passion for gadgetry as she's often submerged onto her work and books, and gets pretty excited about things related to them. However, she's a very mannered person in public, although she can have a dry sense of humor at times. She rarely sleeps in bed as she often falls asleep while working. Rouel can be very cranky at times, as she will scold others when she feels like (specially pervert people, reason for why she often gets comically angry and beats Ranjo). However she's shown to care very much for her surroundings and for her friends, as she can be sometimes like a big sister for Ranjo, despite their differences. Rouel is a pacifist at heart, as she never wanted to build machines for war purposes, reason for why she started her own business, however she wont hesitate in helping anyone who's life is threatened.

Additional Info:

*Has a strange fascination for aquatic creatures, specially medusas (she has an aquarium in her shop)

*Bugs frighten her very easily

*She's a close friend of Ranjo, as he has often helped her getting material for her inventions, although she's often annoyed by his immature and pervert personality.

*Like most of moogles, she hates water, although she tolerates it better than Ranjo (who's absolutely frightened by it)
