    weird thought that just popped into my head: do their arms grow instantly or do they have to like, plan ahead if they're gonna need them :p

      I'm thinking of this being like a "hacked" version of their natural healing, so they have to focus some attention into it and it takes some time, but because it's not a whole rest of a body then maybe around 10 minutes
