Bio: Naturally Born in the sea, Tiara was accustomed to her watery world through most of her early childhood. What was strange for her species was the decision her parents made to live out on the land rather than the ocean which they feared would claim them all given it�s abundance of predatory creatures. They resolved to move into one of the most protected cities on Evang, home to a good number of the leaders who currently serve in the ongoing war.

Due to her family's life in the ocean, their move on land was of little burden given the vast reserves of jewels and ore of which they collected and pawned slowly off. In what could be seen as uncharacteristic of them, they used that money to build an orphanage of vast size(mostly underground). Tiara grew up with the original generation of which were successfuly found new homes(albeit some did pass away due to external factors). She currently helps her parents nurture the 2nd generation counting at 600 Orphans and growing!

Tiara having been around a different environment is a lot more passive than most other of her kind. She still retains her sadistic, and cruel methods, but does not refer to them as often as she would have, had she stayed in her watery world. She often works as a moderator and teaches the orphans about the ocean world, and chemistry. She is not to fond of the men who approach her often, as they are usually only seeking the most primitive of a male's thoughts. She won't kill them, she may frighten them, but killing is a rare exception in only extreme cases. Being as attractive as possible is the lure her species is known for, and to most she looks angelic in ways.

While she is in her teens, she doesn't party as much as others, preferring to tend the orphans and improve their lives. She usually goes in the water to gather gems or so every 3 or 4 nights when her body becomes dehydrated. She can be very compassionate to strangers and acquaintances if need be. Living on land though has not isolated her from the contact of her species of which she makes other trips to visit and hunt with as well. Overall though, she is much more selective when it comes to prey compared to her native water friends who for the most part retain a great deal of menacing behavior.

Everyday is another day for her to be vigilant as there are some who have tried to prove her truthful form to be existant. The evidence gathered against them repeatedly was all anectodal and has been repeatedly thrown out by the courts, lest they discover the truth, which would mean her family's death and government possession of their orphanage and it;s residents, the children, who are the sole few knowledgeble about Tiara and her parents true form and nature.

She has however, not revealed it to Ace, who she fears in his stout raising may seek to leave her, or worse mark her as some sort of beast to be put down, which may or may not include the children. She has tried multiple times to explain but has backed out everytime between her own fear, and her parents dissapproval.
