Cumulus is an anthropomorphic dragon balloon 33 feet in length and approximately 9 feet in height, both and her weight depending on her current or developing size (gas, etc). A mythical and whimsical character, it’s hard to describe who she is let alone where exactly she came from. As far as she knows, she’s always been a dragon; being a living balloon animal is another story entirely.
