After Otto R Otter watched a sci-fi movie in another dimension's earth he thought about the science behind said movie when it came and showed robots having a disguise to look like real human beings. He came up with a Robot with the capabilities to carry on Otto's work if he cannot,it can Camouflage into crowds by having a real look of Anthropomorphic animals like him into the real world,copy voices and knows Twelve different Martial Arts. It blends in with other Anthros and reports to Otto every few months and even offers to do police work if it means to save the life of someone. with the ability to change into any animal it so desires along with switching Genders if need be. it is the ultimate machine that Otto has created but theres still more work for the Otter to do,this Machine is nothing more then a topping on the Ice Cream.
