Scarredsight was born with the name of Darkkit, but after a traumatic event when he was just an apprentice, he started having hallucinations. One day, he accidentally killed a clanmate, due to these hallucinations. He was exiled from TreeClan, and he roams far from clan territory. He met a she-cat by the name of Wind, who was a escaped kittypet, formally named Cream, and fell in love with her. He wishes to have kits, but he fears hurting them due to his hallucinations.
