A toon beat cop in a predominantly human station. Karter is a no nonsense, by the book officer. He has a short temper and zero tolerance for horseplay. He even enjoy's paperwork, the sicko. Anyway here he is I know he's gone through a couple of redesigns but hopefully I'll draw more of him
