Considering it was almost 8 years since his original ref-sheet, I figured it was time to give Loto an update. Yes, I even have a way for him to 'hide' his wings in this update. I figured it would cause him problems to have them out all the time.

Weight: (with wings/gear) 200 pounds or 90.72 kilograms
Equipment: Clothing with sewn-in plates and fibers made with titanium flexible-weave. Cobalt-Damascene O'dachi and Kama. Extra vials of inhibition-serum (only for extended flights).
