This devious looking old fox you're looking at is William Clarkson, Bill for short, he used to be a high ranking operative for a PMC called Blackmoon, unfortunately his age and the loss of his left eye all but destroyed his career, not content with taking a harsh demotion sitting down, he's gone rogue, and now dedicates to a life of freelance crime, eager to prove those who wronged him that his wit and intelligence are more than enough to be a successful criminal.
