Details: Akira was born to a drug-addicted David Yoshida and some hooker he met off the streets. At first, David denied that Akira was his, but a DNA test proved otherwise. That still didn't make things much better because David was still a heroin addict who neglected his oldest son... until December of 2010 when CPS took Akira away and David had to go to rehab, take parenting courses, and see a psychiatrist. Luckily not only did David do all three and reunited with Akira in June of 2012, he also got a boyfriend named Sean (who had a daughter named Lynx who just so happened to have the same birthday as Akira). They moved in with Sean and Lynx soon after.

Akira likes to mess with people and to be as obnoxious as possible. He doesn't like being abused or his dad doing heroin.

Given his past, it is a little understandable that Akira may be a little rough on the edges, but even people who know like the back of their hands will tell you that he's a bit of a dick. He is obnoxious and rude, but then again... he is a little kid, and he did have a rough past.
