Yep, this is a lady. There's more in-depth info about her scattered around my deviantart, but basically she's a flamingo with the intelligence of a Dora the Explorer fan who crossdresses both as a fetish and as a disguise.
She was hatched with no color pigmentation, so the proteings that make 'mingos feathers pink travel to her brain instead. This expands her head as she grows and thus had to get an operation on her neck.
