clothes:

Baggy black dress that goes just past her knees, the sleeves are almost too long and it always drapes down one of her shoulders (making one sleeve appear longer than the other, the longer ones goes past her hand while the shorter one is at her wrist.) She wears a black tank-top underneath her dress, you can see a part of it on her revealed shoulder. She also wears black slippers (as poor compensation for shoes) they look basically like a black bag around her foot and they are tied at her ankle.

face:

she has a small, round, cute face. She has very large eyes and a small nose. She has a defined bottom lip and thin eyebrows. Her hair has a large curl right in-between her eyes, and it comes in at her cheeks (always covering her ears).

body:

Thin, delicate hands, her neck is thin and she has small shoulders. Her waist is thin, and she has skinny legs, small feet and she is also very flat-chested.

personality:

She's outgoing, helpful, selfless, calm and very logical. Rena's best friend (she even states that Rena is more like her sister than anything) for life. When it comes down to Rena, Leah is extremely selfless. She will help Rena as much as she can, if she gets some new clothes the first thought that crosses her mind is "Which ones should I give to Rena?". She can be talkative, but it's not a particular trait of hers. She also doesn't get angry often, she only gets mad when she is in a situation where she tries to help someone but they refuse or nothing works or if she can't help. If someone needs help she is usually the first one there to do what she can.

Backstory:

Leah is an orphan (like Rena). She was taken in by her "sponsors" as a young child, and she met Rena when she was walking to school one day. Rena said she couldn't go to school, so Leah said she would tell her what she learned when she got out of school. They walked to the school together and Rena waited outside all day for her. When Leah got out of school her and Rena would walk around town while Leah re-taught every lesson she learned in school. Eventually when Leah started earning small amounts of money her and Rena would go to the cafe that Linda (the woman who took care of Rena as a young child before Leah pitched in, she is a mother figure to Rena) worked at and drink hot cocoa every day (as a thank you to Linda). This was the start of their friendship.

Leah is a minor character in the overall story, she is a supporting role for Rena (who is the main character) and while she is entered more seriously later in the series, she has a minor entrance at the start of "Twisted Dark Elf".

Character Arcs (AKA SPOILERS!!!):

TDE part one:

Leah is the character who narrates the first chapter. She starts off at school and then promptly leaves once Rena shows up. Leah explains that she tells Rena what she learns in school and the backstory behind it, then they go to the town's cafe. Leah goes inside to order the hot cocoa from Linda, she also gives more background information on Linda and her history with Rena as a mother figure. Then outside Leah teases Rena by holding off on re-telling her lesson, saying it was to train the impatient girl. After their cocoa Leah explains what they learned about the apocalypse which serves as the introduction to the setting of the story (also the hint at it before about the cost of simple items rising and the mention of better times). The two just walk around in the rain talking about the rest of the school day, when later Rena drops Leah off at her house. Rena has to leave due to the fact that Leah's sponsors won't let her stay inside at night (since most people in the town are unsure of Rena, who appeared there mysteriously as a child). Leah leaves the story by going inside for the night with Rena's reassurance that she will find a safe and warm place to sleep.
