Nico is generally a nervous min, too worried for his own safety to get into skirmishes. He’s strictly non-violent, opting instead to talk things out or, if nothing else, run for his life. He could be seen as a coward, but really he knows his strength is minimal at best and would prefer not to make things worse. On occasion, the atmosphere of a setting will alter his mood a bit -- loud, musty, or humid places make him more irritable or grumpy, for example. He’s aware of his fluffy coat and has seen the effects it has on those who get a feel for it, thriving on the positive attention.

He’s extremely affectionate, often nuzzling or sometimes giving small kisses as a casual action. This can easily be confused for flirting, but he truly doesn’t know any better. As dense as he comes across, he’s not completely brainless. He’ll often notice when someone has taken a liking to him, but rarely acts upon it, opting for them to make the first move instead. With this in mind, he’s very bad at predicting what others will do and is easily taken by surprise.

He’s a nervous, yet cuddly Shaymin who loves to make others happy in any way he can. His affectionate nature tends to get him in certain situations however, and he lacks the foresight to plan for them.
