Otto "Rocky" Otter is a Genius from the world he comes from,he is not from planet earth.He comes from another dimension where anthropomorphic animals are common in the world.He is a loyal,shy,Awkward Otter to talk with and he is very loyal to his friends/Test Subjects. He Refers people who actually get the offer to go to his world Test Subjects. Otto's body cannot handle much of Earth's atmosphere which is causing him to lose his ability to move normally which leads him to use a Cane and Wheelchair.Sure some may ask "Why doesn't he move back"to that he says mind your own business.. He has pet Hampsters who are little pest to him.He wears very nerdish glasses and in his house he has a huge machine which is in the living room of his home so Test Subjects can go visit his world.He monitors his Test Subjects to see how they are doing and making sure they dont cause havok in the Universe he comes from.He also may come off as a bit of a pervert to ladies with voluptuous figures and he also believes people may be watching him so he tries to hide his face from cameras and blocking out any way normal Humans can see him.Not saying he dislikes humans otherwise he wouldn't even have Test Subjects.He monitors people from there devices (Phone,Laptops etc.) sees if there is someone who is depressed mostly and offers them a chance to go somewhere new for a few days before returning back to earth.He thinks of others but is scared of what the public may think of him.He hopes every test subject is welcoming to him otherwise he wipes there memory of them and he looks for someone else. Otto is a kind heart soul looking to show people the science of alternate dimensions.He is also Bi Curious.He wonders what it's like to be with a male though he likes women's figure more.He also hopes one day to find someone who will change his life Test Subject or Not. He's shy when it comes to approaching someone face to face.
