He's an entity that was summoned centuries ago by an Egyptian empire as their last resort to win a war. He achieved them victory by taking the blood of their enemies *literally, but then turned around and took the blood of everyone he was supposed to be fighting for too as payment.

He uses blood magic and can craft weapons, clothing, jewelry, etc. out of the blood he takes from things. He can return extracted blood to things once he's done using it too...but he rarely does that :^) And usually if he chooses to take blood from something it's either all of it or a lethal amount of it. Lotta blood!

He's 4'9 but his tails make him appear more "voluminous" and all of the various gold and crystallized blood gems he wears make him heavier than he'd be without them on (but he never really removes them). Talimus has a cold and seemingly emotionless void for a personality, but that comes with being a sentient vessel for sacrifice.
