Took a bit of time (Mostly with the shadowing and highlights due to laziness) but here's Dot Belgman!

She's the reincarnated Black Phoenix of Firia Legend, said to bring forth prosperity and peace in the darkest of times.

In reality, she's part of the vigilante group known as the Reigners with her older sister, Zoe Belgman, as well as a college student. She's a heavy advocate for promoting anti-bullying, and is also really into goth dresses.

A bit of trivia: her hair wasn't always white. It was black...until that one Christmas Party...
