Toma is in the mythical creature control business, an independent one. As part of the family business. He’s one of the only workers of the business because most of his family got into some accidents or were killed in the process of doing their job. So up holding the family business, Toma now has to see to cases at peoples’ houses, towns, and countries to see about cases of mythical creatures making appearances when they shouldn’t and prevent ghost towns from being made. With his friend Snitch the Gremlin, who he met one day while trying to locate some huge monster activity.

Mythical creature control is meant to help those of magical descent get under control in a civilization. Whether that means relocating them to a town that welcomes them or having to trap/imprison them.
