Dawn was raised by priestesses of the Light in the last remaining provinces of Hillsbrad, preparing to join the Argent Crusade in the Plaguelands. The young priestess died in her first battle after only a week there, where she was buried and left to rest for only a few short months before their forces abandoned their town and retreated. In a mass recruitment for the Forsaken, Dawn was one of hundreds raised into undeath with the choice of joining the Horde or running rogue. As the Light has abandoned her, Dawn has cast aside her priestly ways and is determined to get the most out of her new life, even if it means becoming a little evil. She has exchanged the ways of the Light for the science of alchemy and has found herself a place to belong as an apothecary. Only slightly decayed, she still appears as a beautiful young girl, and has found herself surrounded by a host of undead creatures that freely follow and obey her, both to her annoyance and joy.
