Their 'antennae' came from their family tree line, no, they cannot smell with them, but the antennae are pretty sensitive.

The Opphanno family line is known for having antennae and a pattern (that is clear to see or not) on themselves that represent their weakest point, either emotionally, physically, mentally or externally/internally. Theirs is a heart. It's currently unknown if they have an internally weak or damaged heart in one way or another, or that they're an extreme pushover. (although, it could be both. They ARE pretty much a pushover).

(I forgot to include in the art that their left toe-beans are blue (like the blue on their tongue) and their right toe-beans are red (like the pinky-red on their tongue)

Like all sugarpuppies, their insides are made out of candy. For them, the candy they're made of is a salty gummy type of thing, mixed in with blueberry and cherry flavours.

Their name, Alliquam is a latin word (This is not uncommon for the Opphannos) in your world, but in theirs, it's an old name meaning 'Bright Light'. Opphanno simply means 'softhearted' or 'weak' or 'fragile'.

The only family member other than their parents that Alliquam knows of is their cousin, Simum, that looks very similar to them. They used a stolen ID card of Simum (whom is not a sugarpup) to sneak into a hotel and became roomates with Scully (their now best friend) this way.
