Raylo is known for his amazing dragon hunting skills he does have a little help from Ripto's magic, but he does all the work.

Raylo some times kills dragons for there horns and scales and anything that is valuable to sell but he also keeps them alive and sells them,he even sells dragon eggs he payed egg thieves to steal for him.

But hunting dragons is vary dangerous and not for every one the scar on his face proves that not every kill or capture goes smoothly.

He to wants to rule over Avalar and make it a dragon free zone for the sake of his race and if her ever did he would make Ripto second in command.

One day he met a dragon named Night Shade he made a deal with him that if he successfully captured the rear light dragon alive in exchange for the super valuable dragon Night shade would help make him king of Raylo's own kind.

So he told Ripto about it and needed his help to find the dragon and to bring it back to there home land.
