Alayas grew up in a small village on a Veranian country side.She was born into a small family.She had a strong Father , a loving Mother and a small sister.She loved her family a lot but a cold and harsh winter struck the Veran house which caused a lot of older and sick people to die.The prey was really scarce and it was really hard to deliver food from the capital.Her father got stabbed for a piece of bread and later died from a infection.Alayas saw how everyone were loosing their loved ones and told herself that she would do her best to save the people of Veran house.When she was old enough she went to join the Veran guild that protected the House and the people , leaving her beautiful mother and sister in the village.At first she was rejected by the guild but later proved them wrong and she was accepted to become a trainee in the guild.When she became a warrior they brought a prisoner to the guild , a skilled thief they would say.They were interested in his skills and as no one really joins the guild his punishment would be that he will live but will be chained to forever serve the guild.The Leader assigned Alayas to watch over him , she hated him.He was so flirty and a huge show off.But then they became something more.They fell in love with one another but kept it a secret.The leaders hand had been killed in a Border battle with the Carwen house.Alayas was chosen to become the successor to becoming a leaders hand but refused because she knew it would stop her from seeing her loved one often.As no one to take the rank the Shaman (healer) would be that rank temporarily.The Leader had sickness that the shaman couldn't stop from spreading , the pain was so unbearable that the leader committed suicide.With no one to become the next leader the shaman asked Alayas to become the next leader since she was chosen to become the hand.It was a difficult decision but she chose to become the next leader and Cicero (her lover) as her hand.The next winter the new leader gave birth to three beautiful children , but 2 of them didn't survive.Since a leader cannot have any children the shaman apprentice told her she should give away her child.that broke Alayas,s and Cicero's heart so they had a 2 days to spent with their daughter with out anyone knowing.After that their daughter was given away to a Veran family and she was never to be seen again.She still had Cicero and that made her strong and she continued to be the leader of the Veran guild.
