Character: From my superhero/kung fu movie/retrotastic setting Hard Rock 2020, Maxine is a scrappy wannabe superhero equipped with an aptitude for engineering, troublemaking, and a pair of rocket boots of her own design. Now with extra cyborg bits after a fight with a particularly destructive supervillain left her with a few pieces missing.

Personality: Rebellious and intensely headstrong with a snide, aloof front that barely masks genuine compassion for her loved ones, as well as strong empathy and compulsion to protect the innocent and vulnerable even at significant cost to herself. Still prone to nerding out over things she enjoys, like vintage cars, comic books, cheesy B-movies, and tokusatsu shows. Often digs in trash whenever the urge strikes her, regardless of need, for everything from scrap parts to food.

Powers/Abilities: Expert mechanical and electronic know-how, adept at driving, melee and hand-to-hand combat including some martial arts skill picked up from hanging around certain friends of hers. Flight granted by her boots, as well as numerous features of her cybernetics that vary as she improves and modifies them, though constants include massive strength, various deployable weapons, and wifi.
