Way too over confident, their ego is too big for their own good

Deryn was made by a Canadian woman who moved to New York for work, running a shop for spare parts and fixing robots, obviously for quite a high price. Due to the shop being close to a bad part of the neighbourhood, robots would often come in with various damaged parts, and Deryn learned quickly how to fix almost anything. However, after a few years, violent protests broke out across the city due to the number of robots being allowed to live there, and the number of bots coming in to be fixed increased. For a while it was manageable, but eventually they had to start turning people away: They either had too much on their hands already, or the robots couldn't afford to pay for it. Then, one day while Deryn was working in the back room, a gang of robots came in and demanded they get fixed for free. Deryn's creator tried to turn them away: Instead, they shot and killed her, and tried to go after Deryn. They managed to escape before the robots found them, and lived on their own on the streets for a while, fixing robots for free once they realised what the protests were about. Eventually, things in their part of the city got too dangerous, so they decided to leave the country to get a fresh start. They met JH4 when they saw that his arm was missing, and they offered to make him a new one, which he declined. After learning about his gang, Deryn then asked to join, and JH4, reluctantly, let them.

Relationships:

• JH4 - They try to be all friendly with him, they think he likes them, but then again they think pretty much everyone likes them so...
• Byte - Doesn't pay much attention to him, since he can't talk. He's not even interesting enough for them to try and talk at.
• Stella - They don't like how full of herself she is, despite them being pretty much the same way.
• Mike - Since he's pretty much the only one who talks to them regularly, they think they're friends with him.

Trivia:

• They recently got into hacking, they think they're good at it but it always goes wrong somehow, usually in the worst way.
• They don't hate humans like the rest of the gang does, they're all for equal rights, but JH4 managed to convince them that his way is the best way of getting that.
• They insist on having plants around the base, because "The oxygen makes me think better". No one knows what they mean by this.
• They're pretty bad in combat situations, but they keep trying to convince everyone otherwise.
