For an unknown number of years, there has been an Eastern European myth about a monster that lives in forests in Germany and the neighboring countries. It is said that on every new moon, if you hear snarling, be sure you're in even a little light shining the ground. Otherwise the total darkness will swallow you whole into a cold abyss, where nothing escapes. That legend turns out to be the work of a Rage User that lost his mind to savagery. Once the New Syndicate got word of him, The Enigma sent ONI and a team to capture him. There were losses, but the mission was a success, and he was placed in a burnt church in Santa Azul to guard a secret drug lab. Even though he never went to a single meeting, he's proven to be a Syndicate Elite in his own right by sniffing out and snuffing out undercover officers. Then things start to fall apart when a group of teens invaded the church to wreck thugs and find the lab and the cop killer. When the young vigilantes came face-to-face with him, he saw a familiar face from the wolf...

This Rage User has had it the worst. He likely had his First Trigger at the absolute worst possible moment of his life, which is most likely what made him a savage. Even though Rage Users and Spirit Users are known to have the strongest immune systems, he ended up with Malaria from a cut on his leg so he had to rely on his powers for mobility. He has the ability to meld into whatever shadow and darkness he occupies and anyone stepping into said darkness will "sink" into it, where he'll absorb their life force to sustain and refresh himself. He can also sprout "Shadow Vines" from either the dark or his own shadow to fight and ensnare, although it's weaker outside of the darkness.
