Backstory (On dA ref desc. as well)
Arrow was born as a bastard child in the pack he was raised in- his father was a transplant young lone wolf who fell for his mom- not a great idea with the overbearing alpha.
In some "unfortunate" turn of events Arrow's father was in the wrong place at the right time when a group of bow hunters shot him.
To the alpha's disgust, really, Arrow's mom had gotten pregnant with him beforehand. He agreed to let them stay (and most importantly not kill the cub) if he was forced to have the name of the weapon that killed his father as a cruel joke.
His mother was able to sort of take back the name for him because of his distinct markings, but he was still raised in this pack and a lot of psychological abuse took place from his adoptive "father".
When he was able to fend for himself, Arrow left, now looking for a place where he and his mother can live peacefully. Despite this drive he is very, very timid and easy to scare. He has a big heart, though.
