He has wings like a flying squirrel so he can glide and fly some good distance. Despite his appearance, he's quite friendly and playful. He was found from an egg that fell mysteriously from the sky and hatched.

His design is based on the original description of the Chupacabra (not the dog thing that came after from Mexico).
