Jackie is an Undertale OC. Going by her blue coloration, she can control ice and snow using the magic gathered in her antlers, and she can also create strong gusts of wind with her wings. She flies most of the time wherever she goes, though when she's on the ground she's quadrupedal. She speaks with a lisp due to the large buck tooth jutting out of her mouth.
