Laz is just a normal Fox that has a suit that lets him transform into whatever he wants, it also makes him able to stretch his body like it was made of rubber, but he isn't near as stretchy as Hule. Anytime he wears the suit he gets this shiny clean rubber like texture all over his body, but depending what he transform into this texture can change.
If there is one thing that Laz can do that Hule can't is inflate, normally air would escape the rubber suit through his zipper, but Laz being Just a stretchy fox he can inflate with no problem, as his Suit kind of also gives some Toony logic to his body :3

He was actually my first OC and my sona before i created Hule, but i wasn't sure about of any of his designs before, so that's why i'm just uploading this pic now
