Chiller (Undertale Fan Character)

He looks scary, but is actually timid and a big baby.
He is easily frightened and may begin to crumble on the spot if startled.
He is always cold, hence the large coat.
Prefers the quiet, soft music, and the sound of water. Likes to go to Waterfall.
If he doesn't panic and fall apart when spooked, he will run, and run fast.

Other notes is he very afraid of other monsters and ends up spending his time alone in Waterfall, wandering in the dark.
