quiet, kind of reserved most of the time, talks a lot when his interests are piqued and really tries to be friends with everyone he meets

Background/History
Silver is an only child who never knew his parents. He grew up in an orphanage, leaving after being taken by a wanderlust. Shunned by many people due to his hybrid heritage, he never stays in one place for too long and has taken up communing with the natural world around him rather than others of his own kind.
He eventually gained a vast amount of respect from the spirits of the natural worlds, it being them who gave him a slight command over nature, and them who taught silver the knowledge to grow and cultivate many plants. He eventually started creating his own plants, both as a means of convenience and as a weapon against those who would harm him and others.
Recently, jumping back into the mainstream world after learning that hybrids were becoming less taboo, he kept his wanderlust satiated by becoming a courier, traveling back and forth between the sparse towns in his forest world.

Relatives/Family
No one he knows. He has heard he bears resemblance to a few people but leads never go anywhere as of thus far.

World/Setting
Animus is a world dominated by forest, heavily treed land only punctuated by vast seas separating separate lands from each other. there is only one desert, a band of blistering hot sand that divides the northern and southern hemisphere. On this world there are no guns, but there is technology, with magic and science coming together in harmony.

Several different anthropomorphic animal species live on Animus, ranging anywhere from fish and amphibious species in the oceans and freshwater, to mammals and reptiles on the land. Dragons are in this world too, though excluding themselves from society as they don't like the all permeating encroachment of non magical technology. Avians died off for a mysterious reason.

There are two main cities, one in the north, the other in the south. the northern city, and the place where Silver grew up is called Sylvanus, a town revered for its connection to the natural; huge trees where the homes and buildings have been built into the living wood.

The southern city is called Kheras, a city domed by a magic field that nothing can penetrate. Here technology has advanced much further than any other place in the world, gleaming skyscrapers reflecting a green tinged (due to the field) horizon, broken by a large iridescent crystal as the centerpiece to the large metropolis.

The two huge cities maintain an uneasy friendship, with skirmishes breaking out every so often due to differences in the nature of their denizens.

Body
Runners build, with cream white fur followed broken by darker brown patches in the fur styling of a raccoon. As a station of his work, he dyes the tip of his dark brown ponytail blue to mark his profession as a courier. As a hybrid he is missing half of the raccoon mask, the only half showing over his right eye. His eyes are an ice grey/blue

Clothing
brown or black cargo pants with a cargo vest, no shirt on underneath as the world he lives in ranges only from tropical to temparate

Accessories
carries a wooden, rune carved staff given to him by those that taught him his magic, and usually wears a bandoleer of pouches housing his many seeds that he has cultivated over the years.
Wears glasses, and has a silver garnet inlay-ed bracelet on his upper arm. wears no shoes.

Other accessories include a backpack he sometimes carries, or a two wheeled wagon he straps to him, refusing to make non-sentient animals perform menial labor.
