Tobias is a soft spoken and nervous rat boy who's a college student. He sounds smart and turns in amazing essays, but he's totally disorganized. His notes are all shoved into one overstuffed folder, his pencil case has about 30 different pencils and he has no idea where they came from. He's a bit of a mess but tries his best regardless.
