Growing up enjoyed tinkering with objects, by taking apart and repairing them. In her school days she spent a lot of time trying to find purpose for her skills by reading about making tools and weapons which ended up attracting local gangs. After graduation her father passed away leaving her junkyard and a large amount of debt.

Rosie has to find ways to make money so she resorts to using her knowledge in repairing and creating objects by using the junk in the junkyard. She's able to repair devices and create new devices to sale and pays back her debt. Her skills catches the eye of a nearby research institution and she is hired to create a top secret project for them. Presently she'll is back in her father's junkyard after the project been considered a failure.
