A Dragon/Flying type Eon anthro, Lillith is a medical professional in-training who currently studies at Kizuna City's PCC (Poke Community College) and works a paid internship for the mega-company Aegistech. In fact, she is the one of the few surgeons who operated on Karma in order to implement the combat-enhancing devices into his body by his request. Because of this, she literally knows his body better than anyone else, inside and out.

After the operation, Lillith looked after Karma until he recuperated, thus giving them ample time to form a healthy and somewhat "on/off" relationship with each other. Her affiliation with Aegistech is reluctant, as she is only working for them for the money to sustain herself. She currently lives one floor above Karma and Ria in the Sacred Living housing complex.

Lillith can make use of the moves Hurricane, Dragon Pulse, Razor Wind, and Recover. In addition to top-notch hand-to-hand combat skills, she has the ability to control air and the force it exerts. This means that she can have blades of wind slice through steel as if it were cloth or unleash a gale capable of uprooting trees instantly. She also sometimes uses a large syringe as a thrusting weapon she wears on her wrist that usually contains formulas that disorient her enemies or drain them of their fluids if she manages a successful injection. Another technique she can utilize is that she surrounds her syringe with swirling blades of wind, so that her weapon then has quite the deceptive reach and can tear into foes like a sword.

Even though Lillith usually doesn't let her emotions show much and is not the most talkative around, she is not predominantly unpleasant and has a good heart. She is highly intelligent and is curious about most of her surroundings. However, she can build up a bit of a bad temper fairly quickly; a pet peeve of hers is that her color constantly misrepresents her element to others, as they will think that she controls ice and not wind, causing her to get somewhat feisty.

Lillith does have a noteworthy taste in fashion, as she very much enjoys having her hair groomed and occasionally commissioning Karma to do some modeling on her, in which he accepts without hesitation~

The tattoo on her left arm represents her calling, as they take the form of syringes.
