Ria is a genetic Milotic clone whose DNA was heavily spliced and modified before birth using the stolen Toxic Plate (Which was used by Arceus) by Aegistech, the under the name of "Project: Heresy"; carrying out deadly/secret operations under their name. Her original purpose in life was to become a super-weapon created to, one day, assassinate Arceus in defiance; fulfilling the company's arrogant philosophy, being that all things science and technology are superior to His existence. Her poison is believed to make even the god of all Pokemon fall mortally ill.

7 years later, she then met Karma for the first time and took a healthy, hearty interest in him. Over time, she realized how much she had been manipulated by Aegistech and soon abandoned the company. She then changed her name in order to attempt to live a happy, normal life with Karma. Ria claims that the noise of his home/workplace doesn't bother her one bit. Since they both carry mutual feelings for each other, Karma crafted a special bracelet, in order to hide the small Aegistech seal branded onto her tail; concealing her origins to the public. Despite Ria's dark background, she's charming, humorous, loving, and very outgoing, as she frequently lends a hand in order to cheer someone up. However, she's sometimes plagued by haunting memories of sinful actions and events involving her past allegiance with Aegistech, which hinders her performance.
She also has a mischievous and flirtatious side, as she uses her abilities to unleash friendly surprise attacks and cuddles on those close to her occasionally. But she can do the same thing without using her powers, whether it's a surprise attack or not~ :eyes:
Even though she's not exactly one for fights, she's not afraid to retaliate back if provoked, and can KO anyone she finds irritating with her poison.
Plus, she has a bit of a tendency to coil around objects or others and gently squeeze (especially on those who are trustworthy) in order to relieve negative emotions and thoughts or whenever she's feeling happy or joyful.

Her DNA allows her body to become a purple, gelatinous, free-flowing substance, which she has total control over its flow/viscosity (meaning that she can make it so that her slime doesn't stain materials!) and the toxicity levels from non-lethal, to biologically-damaging. However, the higher the toxicity, the more of her energy she uses up. She is composed of enough slime to fill up 2 Olympic-sized swimming pools
A rather strange trait of her substance in its gooey form is that it usually gives off a very light, yet pleasant fragrance of lavender with a slight hint of lime.
Also keep in mind that despite her elegant appearance, she is capable of displaying a fair amount of physical strength, especially whenever it comes to wrapping up, securing, and then subduing enemies within her coils without her slime's scent giving away her position during stealth attacks, or whenever she needs to conserve her energy.

FUN FACT: On nights when Karma can't sleep, she sometimes coaxes him into slumber by coating his body with a slightly thick layer of her fragrant slime that's embedded with a harmless amount of poison to help him feel drowsy; providing him with a good night's rest |3

Ria has the moves of Scald, Toxic, Recover, and Sludge Wave; her Special Move being Toxic Hydra, which she conjures and controls an enormous 3-headed dragon from her body made out of her substance.
She even has the power to create sludge clones that are uncanny in appearance, although the clones' abilities are at a fraction compared to the real one's power

Also, as long Ria's slime is connected to her main body, she can transport any portion of her body to said masses and even materialize them, depending on how large the mass is.
